Good idea but does not even hold four bottles at once

The machine is easy enough to put together, but I am giving it four stars because you have to wash smaller parts by hand anyway, and the plastic trays do not hold four phillips avent bottles at once, some parts have to be washed by hand and sanitized by boiling because of space constraints. You also have to keep buying their special detergent tablets to use the product.

We understand that the need for hand washing certain smaller parts and the limited capacity for specific bottle types can be inconvenient. We're constantly working to improve our products, and your insights are valuable in that process. With regards to the detergent, our tablets are specifically designed to work with our machine. Using other detergent may cause excessive soap and may damage the machine.

Love it. It just takes 4 bottles at a time but I just have one baby taking a bottle every 3h so it is enough for me

Love how easy this machine is going to make bottle cleaning! My only issue with the product is I received one that was not working, customer service was great and sent me a new bottle washer pro and told me to keep the other one for parts. However that became necessary because the second machine worked but the pieces inside did not fit together correctly so I had to take the parts from the other machine. However I am happy I have it now and that it works!
