The machine is easy to use and efficient. Everyone told me I wouldn't need it or use it. But being able to wash more than one at a time and it does the washing drying and sterilizing makes it easier. Only down sides are water stays on the top of the bottom of the bottles and it takes 80 minutes to do the whole process. But I'd rather this and knowing it's all clean than cleaning them myself and them not being as clean.

Great product! As advertised, this machine is easy to use and effective in cleaning. It definitely helps cut down on bottle washing by being able to do everything in machine!

Top rack doesn’t sit straight

I like the washer but the top rack doesn't sit level so sometimes pieces fall off. Is it supposed to be tilted toward the back?

So far it's great sadly was missing a piece to mine but over amazing it's a helping hand I have a newborn and a toddler and this thing helps so much
