Top rack doesn’t sit straight

I like the washer but the top rack doesn't sit level so sometimes pieces fall off. Is it supposed to be tilted toward the back?

No More Dish Anxiety

The first few days of parenthood were characterized by a ton of work, and, beyond the care for the baby & Mom - dishes. My hands have never been more thankful for the sweet relief of loading and pushing a button. As chance would have it, our son prefers Dr. Brown's bottles, and this is the perfect solution for washing. Also, high reccomend the pump parts insert rack. We are running this device non-stop, and have 0 regrets with our purchase knowing that the convenience is not at the expense of clean, sterile, safe bottles, pump parts, and accessories. Whoever designed this needs a raise, thank you for such an incredible product
