Good product and we love, but now its causing problems and not cleaning well. When washing cycle start, water does not get dispensed correctly and error E4 keeps coming up

We’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed the Bottle Washer, but sorry to learn about the cleaning issues and the E4 error. The E4 code usually means the machine is having trouble detecting the magnet with the reed switch, which can happen if the floating magnet isn’t moving freely.
To troubleshoot, try descaling and cleaning the machine to ensure the magnet can move properly. Also, make sure the waste water tank is empty and the clean water tank is filled just above the fill line before starting a cycle. If the problem continues, please remember your Bottle Washer is covered by a 12-month warranty, and we’re here to assist with any repairs or replacement needed.

Overpriced

The bottle washer pro is a high price for a tiny space. You can wash 4 bottles at a time, which is nothing if you are exclusively pumping or feeding with formula. The top rack is clumsy and difficult to arrange nipples and bottle parts without them falling onto the floor. I have used my bottle washer for 2 weeks, and the bottom part never fully drains, requiring me to reset the sump, which shouldn't happen in something that is so expensive. I would definitely not recommend this product.
