Keep getting error

Love the machine and is easy to use but I've only had it for a couple of weeks and it keeps flashing error.

Please reach out to our Customer Care team for help troubleshooting the machine — they’ll guide you through the steps, and if the issue can’t be resolved, they’ll begin a warranty claim to provide a replacement. All of our machines come with a 12-month warranty.
