Amazing except...

This machine is extremely easy to use, however, it leaves a film on the items washed. I've used tap water, filtered drinking water, reverse osmosis filtered water, and distilled water. All water i use has the same result. A friend of mine has the same machine and uses tap water with no issues. I'm frustrated because of the price I paid plus the detergent tablets and following the directions to a t and still no solution.
