Worked great until it didn’t

I have had the bottle washer for just over a month and it is now not working. It gets water everywhere and doesn't clean the parts well at all anymore. I have tried troubleshooting but can't figure out what is wrong with it.

If the unit is leaking and not cleaning properly, it’s possible that there may be a blockage, the spray arms are misaligned, or the tanks are not seated correctly. We also recommend running a descaling cycle using vinegar, which helps clean the internal pipes and restore function—especially if you've used it frequently in just a month.
