We've been using for about 3 months and have raved about this product to all of our friends. We follow the care instructions very closely as we want to make sure our baby gets the cleanest bottles. Unfortunately over the last two weeks we continue to get the E5 error message due to water remaining in the bottom of the sump after each cycle. And then today, before starting a new cycle, we emptied and refilled the water tank and water began flowing into bottom.

Easy to use machine. Due to it being bulky it does not fit in low profile cabinets; Power cord needs to be longer.
