This is our second bottle washer pro, as the first one stopped working after I did the descaling process several times with the water and vinegar mixture. However, the machine works great to wash bottles, and I love that it's sanitizers and dries all in one step.

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing white residue or a haze on your bottles after washing. Below we have listed some possible reasons for this occurrence and some solutions.
Excessive Detergent: The white residue may be the result of using too much detergent in the wash cycle. We recommend using only 1 Baby Brezza detergent tablet, as excessive soap can leave behind a residue.
Hard Water Deposits: Another possible cause of the white residue is hard water deposits. Hard water contains minerals that can accumulate on the bottles and leave behind a white film. Consider using distilled water if you are in an area with high mineral content in your water.

We love the convenience of our machine but find that space is limited. We have been using our machine since our daughter was 4 weeks old. She is now 5 months old and we are just now dealing with issues. Turns out, it's user error! We need to descale and replace the filter. Probably gross that we haven't but we only use the sterilize and dry setting since we hand wash. It really does a great job! Would definitely recommend!
