Bottle washer pro

We use this product every day and while it has been amazing and saves a lot of time so I can spend more of my time with my daughter. I felt as though it did not clean my bottle parts very well. I originally had plastic and ended up changing to glass and it cleaned it a lot better. Although the nipples, I have to hand wash because they are not glass. We are now four months into using this and it constantly has an E4 or E5 error.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we’re happy to hear the bottle washer has helped save you time with your daughter! We understand the frustration of encountering the E4 and E5 error codes.

For the E4 error, this typically indicates an issue with the detection of the magnet with the reed switch. To resolve it, we recommend descaling and cleaning the machine thoroughly to ensure the floating magnet can move freely. After cleaning, please check that the waste water tank is empty and that the clean water tank is slightly above the fill line, then restart the machine. If you continue to receive this error, please contact our customer care team for further assistance.

For the E5 error, it means that there is water remaining in the sump. To resolve it, hold down the wash mode and sterilize dry buttons for approximately 7 seconds. This will activate the discharge pump, removing the water from the waste tank (DC will display on the LCD panel).

If you continue to experience issues, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!

Ok, but water not draining effectively
on February 4, 2025

Fairly straightforward with quick guide, but the water didn't drain completely after one wash, and the waste bin is empty. Called customer service but outside of business hours. Annoying when I have to wash bottles for the next round of feeding for my newborn.

Wonderful

I love this machine it's so easy to use and the bottles come out spotless every single time. Only thing I can complain about is I wish it was bigger so I can wash all the bottle types. Because tall bottles don't fit very well 😊👍🏼

Okay until it wasn’t

This product worked great until it didn't. Even after descaling, I continue to get an E4 and E5 error.
Response from babybrezza.comBy Baby Brezza TeamFebruary 25, 2025
We’re sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing the E4 and E5 errors despite descaling your bottle washer.

For the E4 error, it’s important to ensure that the floating magnet is free to move, so we recommend giving the machine a thorough clean and descaling it again. Also, make sure the waste water tank is empty and the clean water tank is slightly above the fill line before restarting the machine.

For the E5 error, it indicates that there’s water remaining in the sump. To fix this, hold down the wash mode and sterilize dry buttons for approximately 7 seconds. This will activate the discharge pump (DC will display on the LCD panel) and remove any water from the waste tank.

If the issue persists after these steps, please reach out to our customer care team so we can assist you further. We're here to help!
