Used Dr Browns bottles for my first two and hand washing was terrible. For my third child we got this and it's amazing, such a time saver

I really wanted to love this product, but unfortunately, it hasn't worked out for me, and I wonder if I just got a defective unit. For me, it feels like a complete waste of money. First, it only holds four bottles at a time, so I have to run it multiple times a day. It's also very large. There’s a big water tank on top and a large waste tank on the bottom, but you still have to fill and empty both each time you use it. Plus, you have to manually drain it, which is inconvenient. More often than not, it doesn’t even complete a full cycle; it fills up the main compartment and then just stops. Honestly, I’ve found it’s faster to wash the bottles by hand and use my dryer/sterilizer, which can fit more bottles and only needs to be ran once a day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
