Stopped working after 3 months

When it works, this machine is awesome. Keeps bottles sparkling clean and removes all milk residue in a way that is hard to emulate when washing bottles by hand. However, I've had to stop using the washer after about 3 months due to an E5 error which suggests that the water basin is full when it shouldn't be. My speculation is that there is some sort of seal issue between the tank and the wash basin that is causing the water to leak into the basin before the washer is being run, and cannot escape to the waste container. I will be seeing if this can be fixed through the warranty.
