Easy to use and cleans the necessary things quickly, thoroughly, and automatically. Did the hand wash thing for a few days, but no thank you anymore now that I have this product that saves time and worry.

For such a big machine doesn't hold enough bottles to clean at once. When taking off top things fall out. Glass bottles are hot to touch

Very convenient, helpful product. Washes, dries and sanitizes baby bottles, breast pump parts and pacifiers. Gives us more time to rest and spend time with the baby rather than constantly washing dishes. Only negative critique would be product malfunctions, but company has replaced the item each time
