We love the baby washer pro. It saves us so much time and it cleans really well. We only provided three stars though because it shows the exclamation point with water error three times before it actually starts. We have to attempt to start it, unplug it, start it, then unplug it three times before it actually starts (all on the same surface and without modifying anything). We made sure the water in the clean tank was past the fill line and that there was no water in the dirty bucket.
