Doesn't fully dry everything, I have to take the lid off halfway through and flip all of the nipples on their side to ensure they are fully dry by the end. One of the bottle dryers doesn't work so I also have to flip one bottle right side up to get it to fully dry by the end.

I want to love it, but doesn’t do the whole job.

I really want to love this product but I’m not finding many reasons to keep it. Yes it can fit under the cabinets, but steam comes out of the top so you can’t keep it near the cabinets without them getting wet. I’ve ran this product twice now with 4 bottles each time. Even when I run the wash/sterilize/dry mode there is still left over formula residue. Will most likely be returning this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is pretty cool process. Haven't used it more then a day but so far seems to save time and energy cleaning all my wife's pump parts and bottles. Very cool design and easy to use.
