Could be better.

Disappointed that I can't fit every part of a single bottle in this. Only does 4 bottles at a time and can't even fit the lids in with the nipples. If I would have known this before I bought it I would have went with a different one.

Probably not worth the amount of money considering there are others out there that do the exact same thing but can handle more bottles and parts

I wanted to love this but needs some tweaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this product from the Stellar Product testing panel. I wash bottles so many times a day and was really looking forward to this being a time saver. However, it pretty much started out not working.
Upon removing the product from the box, I read the manual, put everything together as instructed, and ran a full cycle without bottles to clean the inside of the unit. I selected a full wash, sterilize, dry cycle. I placed the Baby Brezza cleaning tablet inside and pressed the start button. I walked away thinking it would just do its own thing. But about 20 minutes later, I heard a beep. I walked over and saw an E4 error code. There was still water in the bottom of the inside unit that had not drained, and it looked like only about 1/3 of the water from the fill tank had been used.
To try and troubleshoot, I put the lid back on and ran just a sterilize/dry cycle. That did help empty the tank inside. I thought maybe the unit had an issue because I hadn't placed any bottles inside. So I wiped it out with a clean cloth, refreshed the fill tank with room temp water and dumped the dirty water tank. Then loaded it with 4 bottles and 4 bottle tops, selected the full 3 part cycle and hit start. Once again, it beeped part way through with the E4 error code. So I selected the sterilize/dry cycle to drain the standing water and dry the bottles. I tried again the next day to give the unit a while to sit. At that point I was able to run a full 3 part cycle with no errors. From there, I was able to get about 4 or 5 full cycles out of it before the E4 error code popped up again. My quick fix was to leave everything inside and select the sterilize/dry mode. However, each time I would run the machine (even on the few times I was able to run a full cycle with no error code), I noticed that the bottles and the nipples always seemed to have a dusty film on them. I'd have to wash them by hand to remove the film, therefore doubling my work on the bottles.
Some nice things about the unit are that it has an easy to read display panel and the top is see through, so you can watch your bottles being cleaned. If it *did* work, it is great to run my through the night bottles first thing in the morning so they are ready for that night, and then I could run daycare bottles at night so they'd be ready for the morning. Sadly, I have more cons than pros. The unit was pretty big and took up a good chunk of counter space, it hardly worked properly, the washing tables made the bottles seem filmy/dusty and I'd have to hand wash them to remove it, and the cycle times were pretty long to run through.
Unless you have a lot room to leave this out all the time as well as some patience to troubleshoot error codes, I'd wait until a second generation unit is available.

The film or haze you noticed on bottles and nipples is due to hard water. We recommend using distilled water or if you have a water softener, using that to prevent any haze that may be left on bottles. Had high hopes

The concept is there but the execution was terrible. First, this thing is huge yet only washes 4 bottles at a time. You have to use THEIR detergent and not the detergent you already have at home. The cycles are very long. It takes 1.5 hours to wash, sanitize, & dry. Drying takes one full hour alone and even after an hour the pieces are still wet. I have a cheaper dryer that dries completely in 20 minutes. Right now, this is not a better alternative to my dishwasher and cheaper bottle dryer. there is also no space for bottle caps (i use dr browns bottles).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns about the size of the bottle washer and its capacity to wash only four bottles at a time. Our machine would increase in size if we designed it to hold more bottles, and this would take up precious counter space.
Regarding the use of our designated detergent, this is to ensure the machine works properly. We recommend it to ensure optimal cleaning and safety for your baby's items. Using dish detergent would account for too many bubbles and could potentially leave residue on your bottles.
