Has Stopped working after only 3mo

I absolutely loved this until it completely stopped cleaning well. Descaled with recommended time frame and uses with distilled water and now leaves film residue after only 3 months of use

Floods counter after every use.

This thing floods my counter after every use. It leaks from the bottom of the unit.

Ongoing issues

When it does work, it saves us so much time. That said, we are now in the process of submitting our second warranty replacement for the same issue. The product is unusable at this point and we now have to wait again. The product advertises that you use 50% less water than hand washing, which is true if it works. For us, we use more water due to having to clear the tank and continue to refill trying to get a cycle to run and then handwashing in the end anyway. It is taking way more time than it’s worth. We are incredibly frustrated with this product.

It cleans but with issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Baby Brezza Bottle Washer does clean my bottles and nipples but with some issues. The unit itself leaks horribly, when the water is spraying inside of the unit it’ll leak out some. The lid fits a little weird and needs to be maneuvered some to close properly. If you don’t give your bottles a good pre rinse before putting them into the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer then it will not clean the bottles completely and you’ll see small formula particles on the bottles.

Love the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a busy mom of 10 month old and a 2 year old, having to hand wash 4-5 bottles a day takes precious time, and sterilizing bottles takes even longer.
The all-in-one Baby Brezza Bottle Washer does the work for me and leaves bottles, teethers and pacifies clean and dry with the push of a button. It can even sterilize the bottles when needed.
I love this little appliance and have been using it at least once a day for the past month. It is easy to use. I just put clean water in the tank, plug it in, and press start. It's as easy as making coffee in the morning. It holds 4 bottles, and even my 11 oz bottles fit with lids and nipples. Both plastic and glass bottles are sparkling clean and dry after every wash with no residual odor. I have also used it to sterilize my baby's pacifiers and teethers. The bottle washer is minimalist in appearance with clean lines and neutral colors. It looks nice sitting on the counter and fits under the hanging cabinets. I highly recommend the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer for a busy parent.

Misses the Mark

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer for 2 weeks now. The idea behind the product is great, however the execution falls short. The big win is being able to efficiently sanitize your baby bottles and pump parts. It has to first be stated that the unit is huge! You will most likely not want to put this away between every use, so be prepared to sacrifice a lot of counter top real estate. Not only that, the unit is mot very aesthetically pleasing. For how big it is, fitting only four bottles at a time is a negative. On the plus side you can put in pump parts and pacifiers along side the 4 bottles. The cycle times on the unit are loooooonngggg. To wash, dry, and sanitize takes about 1.5 hours. The drying cycle is sub par and does not completely dry the bottles. The buttons on the interface are not very intuitive, and you may have to continually reference the manual for how to cycle between various modes. We will keep using the machine to occasionally sanitize our items, but will take it off the counter for every day wash a dries. Very quick and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening, I was pleasantly surprised by the narrow width of the machine. I have limited counter space, so this makes it easy to make room. It has more depth and is not as wide. It was easy to set up and conveniently does not need distilled water. My glass Nuk bottles fit in the machine perfectly. I was able to fit both my small and larger bottles (4 oz and 8 oz). What makes this sterilizer stand out is the quick wash cycle. A combined ten-minute wash and three-minute rinse cycle is absolutely a must-need for busy parents. Because I cannot fit a lot of bottles in this machine, running multiple cycles was not an issue. The only long portion is the sixty-minute drying session. It does not leave any water spots or residue. I do not use the Baby Brezza tablets each time because I usually handwash and then run a cycle. If I could change one thing, it would be to be able to use my own dishwashing detergent. The provided tablets effectively clean everything I put in the machine, but it seems like it would be an extra task to make sure I do not run out. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quick and easy way to keep bottles sanitized for my baby's safety and a peace of mind. You can simply set a cycle and let it run its course without any extra steps. Great product! Special thanks to Stellar for allowing me to review this product as a part of the product testing panel!
