Had high hopes

The concept is there but the execution was terrible. First, this thing is huge yet only washes 4 bottles at a time. You have to use THEIR detergent and not the detergent you already have at home. The cycles are very long. It takes 1.5 hours to wash, sanitize, & dry. Drying takes one full hour alone and even after an hour the pieces are still wet. I have a cheaper dryer that dries completely in 20 minutes. Right now, this is not a better alternative to my dishwasher and cheaper bottle dryer. there is also no space for bottle caps (i use dr browns bottles).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns about the size of the bottle washer and its capacity to wash only four bottles at a time. Our machine would increase in size if we designed it to hold more bottles, and this would take up precious counter space.
Regarding the use of our designated detergent, this is to ensure the machine works properly. We recommend it to ensure optimal cleaning and safety for your baby's items. Using dish detergent would account for too many bubbles and could potentially leave residue on your bottles.

Great for a day. Then it started leaking...

My wife and I were so excited to receive this product to free us up from having to spend hours doing dishes so we could spend more time with our little one. It worked great for about a day, but then we discovered it was leaking out the bottom through the HEPA filter somehow. After calling customer service, I was informed that a replacement unit won't be able to be sent to us until November (today is July 7), due to the product being on back-order. I had high hopes for this product, but very disappointed that it leaked and we're not able to get a replacement for 4 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Helpful but could use improvement

I am giving this 3/5 stars because I do find it helpful but there are a number of things that are disappointing. For reference- I use the machine for pump parts and bottles. It has helped me feel less overwhelmed and less like all I do is wash at the sink. Overall, if you are drowning in bottles and pump parts, this is worth it- however it may not replace hand washing completely. For me, it is worth getting something off of my plate, but may not be for everyone at this price point. See below for my pros and cons.
Pros-
-Comprehensive system- wash, sanitize, AND dry, or the ability to choose any/all of the options
-Can use with bottles and pump parts (I use spectra parts with the machine)
-Bottles and pump parts appear clean after each use
-Fairly simple to set up and use each time
-Has drastically cut down on my hand washing time, but not eliminated it completely
-Has built in water tanks so plumbing is not required
-Has the ability to be moved, so potentially could be used for travel or between homes

-Can be tricky to line up lid, and open and close it without bumping or knocking over parts

-Expensive

Not for Luna motif parts

It was great! Until it stopped working!

The machine is so efficient & comes in handy!
I was easily doing at least 2 cycles a day. With baby bottles, lids, nipples.

Even doing a sanitizing cycle on teether toys and pacifiers was SO easy. It was such a time saver UNTIl it kept giving the E5 error code....
I would unplug the machine and have to turn the unit upside down to empty the excess water that never drained.... then the machine would work again for a few weeks.
It was a continuous cycle of water being left at the basin of the machine. At least a inch deep of water....
Then today it wouldn't drain and dumped all the water all over my counter, down the cabinets beneath the machine...and water ran across the floor. It was such a chore to clean all the water up.

I must've been one of the ones to receive a faulty machine. Definitely not worth the money if it makes things so much more of a hassle in the long run.

Not worth the money

I have Baby Breeza sterilizer and dryer and absolutely adore it, so when BaBy Breeza came out with the washer, I immediately pre-ordered. I received mine in the 2nd week of November and dislike it day by day. Here are reasons why:
1. NOT COMPLETELY CLEAN. In fact, the residual detergent is left on the nipples, pump parts. I have to clean them again by hand and then use the Baby Breeza sterilizer and dryer. On top of that, you can only use the BaBy Breeza detergent.
2. Residual water on the bottom of the bottles, nipple rings, etc. And yes, I tried to tilt the bottle per stated on the website, but it’s not getting better.
3. Small capacity: only hold 4 sets of bottles for 5 minutes set up, and 88 minutes cycles
So in summary, it’s expensive for an appliance which does not work properly.

The best baby product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the stellar parent panel I was able to test this AMAZING product! The Baby Brezza Bottle Washer is my new favorite baby product. I love that it is all in one. This in itself is amazing for me! My bottles never seem clean enough after I hand wash them. Since I have 3 kids I forget to sterilize sometimes because that’s just another step. Being able to wash, dry & sterilize with one machine is a complete game changer! My 1&3 year old just got over a terrible case of hand foot and mouth. I was able to sterilize their paci, bottles, tethers & sippy cup tops. In the past I would have thrown some of this out just because I didn’t trust that I was getting it sterilized. I honestly have zero complaints about this product.
