Dryer broken on bottle washer

Hello, the baby breeza bottle washer (recently purchased) has stopped drying and leaves all the bottles+machine soaking wet. We have tried to fix and troubleshoot this issue numerous times. Please advise, thank you.

Overall experience has been great. It's very handy for the late nights to get bottles done in a timely manner while we try to get some sleep (more like a nap in). The only (minor) concern is have is that I wish the shell that covers the bottles/ripples was just slightly taller. The tip of the nipples touch the case which we didn't anticipate but again isn't a minor nit-pick I have.
