Great at first...

The Bottle Washer Pro was great at first! We were very pleased with how well it cleaned/sterilized/and dried our bottles etc. However, it stopped working (doesn't spray water on any wash mode) not even 4 months after we started using it. We clean it regularly and tried to troubleshoot it but nothing has worked. Not great longevitity...

amazing invention. so easy to use. the only thing is-- it's like it's specifically made for dr. browns bottles. even though i currently use them, i may switch to a different bottle brand when my son is older and am worried the parts won't fit perfectly like the parts do for dr. browns. if only you guys could make a different rack for different bottle brands! other than that, it's a great purchase. so happy i bought it.

It does exactly as advertised! Thorough clean, not too loud (it sounds kinda like a dishwasher), is even more sleek looking in person. It does take almost a gallon of water to clean for 1 cycle... but worth it for the amount of time I'm saving in hand washing bottles!

I love this thing! Best thing ever! I recently purchased the Baby Brezza and I couldn't be happier with my decision! This innovative product has truly made feeding time so much easier and more efficient. The formula dispenser works like a charm, mixing the perfect amount of formula and water at just the right temperature, which saves me so much time, especially during those late-night feedings.
The setup was straightforward, and I appreciate how easy it is to clean. It's also great that it can hold a good amount of formula, so I don’t have to refill it constantly. Overall, the Baby Brezza has been a game-changer for us, and I highly recommend it to any new parents looking for convenience and reliability in feeding their little ones!

Totally worth it

This seemed like an unnecessary luxury so I didn't purchase, but after two weeks of hand washing bottles once my little one was born, I ordered it and it is the best thing ever. If it broke tomorrow I'd buy another in a heartbeat.

Doesn’t sterilize

We bought this item before my first child was born in preparation! Super excited about it. Everything we bought for her went through the machine before she was born. We specifically bought the Dr brown bottles because all the parts fit so well. At 2 weeks old my daughter got thrush. We were quite confused because we put EVERYTHING through this machine. Every bottle piece, pump parts, pacifiers.. anything that went in her mouth once got put in the machine.
With it being our first child, my wife and I were very cautious. We followed the cleaning instructions verbatim.
We started to notice not a lot of water circulating in it. All the spouts were clogged. I pulled it all apart and cleaned it for an hour as best I could and still clogged. This is after (DeScaling) on schedule.
After 5 weeks and 3 different treatments of medicine the thrush in her mouth had not gone away. I was starting to get suspicious of this machine that it was not sterilizing like advertised.
The doctor told us she had never seen a kid resist the medicine like our daughter was so something had to be recontaminating her mouth.
At this point with my suspicions of the brezza not working I started boiling everything the old fashion way.
What do you know, the thrush went away within days.
Needless to say very unsatisfied with how this product performed. Clogged up and wasn’t sterilizing properly. Would not recommend.

I wanted to love this but needs some tweaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this product from the Stellar Product testing panel. I wash bottles so many times a day and was really looking forward to this being a time saver. However, it pretty much started out not working.
Upon removing the product from the box, I read the manual, put everything together as instructed, and ran a full cycle without bottles to clean the inside of the unit. I selected a full wash, sterilize, dry cycle. I placed the Baby Brezza cleaning tablet inside and pressed the start button. I walked away thinking it would just do its own thing. But about 20 minutes later, I heard a beep. I walked over and saw an E4 error code. There was still water in the bottom of the inside unit that had not drained, and it looked like only about 1/3 of the water from the fill tank had been used.
To try and troubleshoot, I put the lid back on and ran just a sterilize/dry cycle. That did help empty the tank inside. I thought maybe the unit had an issue because I hadn't placed any bottles inside. So I wiped it out with a clean cloth, refreshed the fill tank with room temp water and dumped the dirty water tank. Then loaded it with 4 bottles and 4 bottle tops, selected the full 3 part cycle and hit start. Once again, it beeped part way through with the E4 error code. So I selected the sterilize/dry cycle to drain the standing water and dry the bottles. I tried again the next day to give the unit a while to sit. At that point I was able to run a full 3 part cycle with no errors. From there, I was able to get about 4 or 5 full cycles out of it before the E4 error code popped up again. My quick fix was to leave everything inside and select the sterilize/dry mode. However, each time I would run the machine (even on the few times I was able to run a full cycle with no error code), I noticed that the bottles and the nipples always seemed to have a dusty film on them. I'd have to wash them by hand to remove the film, therefore doubling my work on the bottles.
Some nice things about the unit are that it has an easy to read display panel and the top is see through, so you can watch your bottles being cleaned. If it *did* work, it is great to run my through the night bottles first thing in the morning so they are ready for that night, and then I could run daycare bottles at night so they'd be ready for the morning. Sadly, I have more cons than pros. The unit was pretty big and took up a good chunk of counter space, it hardly worked properly, the washing tables made the bottles seem filmy/dusty and I'd have to hand wash them to remove it, and the cycle times were pretty long to run through.
Unless you have a lot room to leave this out all the time as well as some patience to troubleshoot error codes, I'd wait until a second generation unit is available.
