Worked Great Until it didnt

Purchased this the end of August 2024 worked great the first 2 or 3 months. I've followed all the recommendations for use and cleaning/maintenance. 4 months into use it throws error codes several times a week. Today we cleared one error message then it threw a 2nd error out immediately after. I'm pretty sure we're going to have to contact the company to get the machine replaced leaved me to manually handwash, sterilize, and dry my pump parts and bottles which is what I was hoping to avoid as a 1st time sleep deprived working mom. Very disappointed

week 2 of use and stops working mid cycle

i have a newborn and finally got to start using the dryer sterilizer and it for the 3rd time stop wokring mid cycle and now wont even turn on, product has not been submerged in water and followed directions of machine not aure why its not working. please help.

Bottle washer, dryer, and sterilizer

I think out machine might be defective. It leaves a residue in everything after ensuring we are using properly and cleaning before use. Very frustrating.

It is too Expensive

It seems to work fine, but it is too expensive and requires a specific Detergent tablet to use, which makes it still more expensive

Stopped working

I was so excited to splurge on this for my twin infants. One month after having them home, it will not wash - continues to have an error message but we have done and tried everything. It has malfunctioned mid wash a couple of times too. I hope they can fix this as it was not a cheap purchase.
