Top rack needs sides

This is probably one of the most expensive finicky products I’ve ever purchased! It errors out like 90% of the time I try to use it. The error is that it needs to be dry before use. I literally couldn’t get it dryer and it still doesn’t work. So so frustrating!! Save yourself the money and the frustration
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
