My only complaints are that for the price I wish it came with more detergent tablets and an extra filter and that water consistently pools on the bottom of the bottles and on the nipples after the dry cycle and spills when I try to remove them.

I've had this product for 3 months and it has been great having it wash, sterilize and dry. However, the design is flawed as you have to balance the items on the racks, it should be more of a box. Also, it is already having issues like water staying at the bottom of the machine and it won't sterilize only because it says it doesn't have water when it's completely full.
