We have the tall, narrow, Dr. brown bottles and this bottle washer is perfect for it. This device has given me back so much of my free time, and is well worth it for a new family!

This thing is a game changer, no more scrubbing, no more foggy bottles, no more smelly bottles. One and done...if you can afford it buy it.

Broke for a second time

I got the bottle washer when it first launched and it broke within ten days. They sent a replacement and that broke within 30 days. Great concept but there’s a flaw with the machine that they need to address.

Great Idea, Terrible Execution

I wanted to love this, but the counter footprint is massive. That wouldn't be so bad, if it were to wash more than 2 bottles at a time. We use a pretty standard bottle (Philips Avent), but it won't wash the bottle, cap, nipple, and collar at the same time, because they're considered to be "oversized."
This is a pretty significant design flaw, and it makes me wonder if parents were actually involved in workshopping the product before it went to production. Washing 4 bottles and then having to wash the collars and caps separately seems like a huge waste of time, considering the 88-minute full wash and dry cycle. Also, I noticed that it's rather difficult to get the bottles to stay in place when arranging them in the small wash area. They slide around and fall out entirely too easily. I expected them to stay in one place better.
The parts kind of feel cheap, and I can see how very hot water could likely wear them down quickly. For the Baby Brezza Formula Pro WiFi, that didn't bother me much. Since this handles such high temperatures, I'm not a fan of the thin plastic aspect.
Again, I love the idea, but a product this big that can't accommodate 4 Philips Avent bottles at a time is a pretty big disappointment... They're relatively standard, and I found that shocking that the recommendation is to run two cycles. For the reasons above, it would be very difficult for me to recommend this. We finally got it delivered yesterday, and I'm definitely regretting the money spent compared to the more efficient wash and sterilize method we were already using.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I expected…

I was so excited to receive this since I spend so much time washing bottles. This only fits 4 bottles so we had to run it multiple times a day. It’s annoying to fill up so much water each time and the parts aren’t well washed. The bottles itself wash nicely but not the nipple piece. Stick to a regular sterilizer. If you are going to buy this, might as well just use your dishwasher. Takes special detergent pills so that costs extra.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i bought this about a month ago and at first it was perfect and then it started to seem that it wasn’t drying very well anymore so the last wash of the night i would turn it on to wash dry sanitize and then head on to bed to unload in the morning which was fine at first and then 2 nights in a row i would go unload it in the morning and everything was still wet, well after the second night i noticed MOLD all over the place from the water sitting overnight due to it not drying properly. in the beginning it was so promising and it was saving us so much time on washing bottles and pump parts but now we are back to hand washing.

Broke after 2 weeks

Was very excited to try and mostly impressed with the results...at first. Once we got into a rhythm this solved the panic of not having enough clean bottles (we have twins). However, it was fiddly and doesn't wash every piece of the bottles. Very hard to train Nannie's and grandparents on how to use it, which resulted in a few rounds of unclean bottles. At one point a few days in the lid warped and got hard to fit over all the pieces, the unit leaked a little every cycle, and now it just doesn't turn on. Super disappointed, warranty people slow to respond.
