Use it so much

This counter top bottle washer is prefect for washing and sterilizing a few bottles when the dishwasher isn't full enough to run yet. It also keeps our main dishwasher from being overrun by baby bottles. I would have given this 5 stars but there is one bottle slot that never dries the inside of the bottle that is placed there, so I wonder if it's really sterilized and it's annoying b/c I can't put it away, I leave the washer lid off and wait for it to air dry. I'm assuming this is just a defect with my machine, though. I'm calling customer service to see if they can assist.

Keeps breaking

I purchased this bottle washer right when they came out and started using it in February 2024 I started having problems in May with error message after error message. I reached out to baby Brezza, which replaced the machine. I used the replacement washer for two weeks before I started getting error messages again. I asked for refund, but all baby breeza can do is send another replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
