E4 error

We had our baby in February and it worked great for a month. Now it is constantly doing an E4 error. It also leaves a milk residue on the bottles unless you rinse them well.

When it works its great, recently not so much

My first time using this was April 20 in preparation for my baby. I use it roughly 2-3 times a day depending on feeding. I already had a replacement April 29 due to the lid warping and not providing a good dry and sanitization. My bottles would come out wet and I would need to hand dry them with paper towels which is annoying but I can deal with it. Now (~July 7), not only is my replacement lid warped again causing my bottles to be partly dry and sanitized, the water isn't draining properly which is causing the machine to stop, not completing the sterilization and dry cycle at all. This machine was suppose to help me but it has turned into a huge headache, not knowing if my bottles were even being properly washed before turning off. I know this is a new first generation machine but I don't think enough stress testing went into this machine and overall the quality is subpar. It is a very easy to use machine and when it works, it saves me so much time but with all these issues, I would caution before buying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
