Lid and support rods in middle were bending

After using couple of times I have observed that center support rod and lid was bending to inside and not supporting enough weight on the top shelf

I have two!

My husband and my dad each ordered one and we only set one up to begin with but we have Irish twins and definitely GO THRU SOME BOTTLES lol just this morning we had 8 dirty bottles from the night and so we just set all of them in left to go on our family walk and came home to all clean bottles I can’t say enough good things i literally tell everyone I know about this
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm almost positive they sent me a used item as there was already mineral build up and my instruction manual was also dirty. If you have wider bottles like tommee tippees, the washer will not get the entire bottle, only half of it. The washer doesn't work very well in general and will not clean pump parts well if there is nipple balm residue, and you still have to manually clean all tiny parts with holes or hard to reach areas, which most bottles have. Overall, I think it needs more jets. I really only like that it sterilizes and dries my items. If you wash the items it uses nearly a gallon of water.

Never hand washing a bottle again!

Easy to use, bottles seem clean, the wash and sterilize cycle are decently fast. Wish it could hold more items but right now for us, 4 is fine, and wish the clean and water tanks held a few cycles but for size purposes I can see why it's one cycle each. That's just me being picky! Product works great though and does what it says it does!
