The machine cleans bottles very well and works as advertised. However, it feels very inefficient as it can only wash 4 bottles at a time. It would be faster just to hand wash 4 bottles and let them air dry. The product is also very large, taking up much counter space. The lid for my machine has also warped after only a month. It still works, but I can see it being a problem if it continues to warp.

We understand and acknowledge your concerns about the efficiency of washing only four bottles at a time and the substantial counter space the machine occupies. We would love to make a machine that washes more bottles, but this would take up even more space.
Regarding the lid warping issue, this is normal and will not affect the functionality as the grooves on the machine keep the lid in shape. A little bend is normal. Time saver

This machine is a life saver and cuts time at the sink to nearly zero! We have a 14 month old and a one month old so the bottles stack up! This machine has been HUGE in helping out!

Overall im very happy with the machine. I do have two things I would like to submit for feedback. 1. The bottle are still a little wet and a puddle stay on the bottom of bottom when done 2. To the lord warped in the back a bit so when I put it on with bottom parts inside (esp the back part holder) it knocks the parts off. Def still a time saver that I get to spend with my little one

It’s only OK

I was excited to purchase this to reduce bottle clean up time and effort. I’m left feeling ehhh about it. Depending on your bottles it won’t clean every part of it. In my case dr browns and the anti gas mechanism part. That still requires a hand wash. Besides that in the straw part of the bottle the water doesn’t seem to really blast through giving it a good clean. The bottle and nipples seem to do a good job. Yes it sanitizes after which I’m sure cleans whatever the water and detergent missed but for the money I expected it to be better. What it does do very very good that the regular sanitizer doesn’t is leaves everything almost bone dry. Yes it takes 1 hour and 28 minutes if you do the 3 option settings but the bottles are clean and dry. Also I was sorta surprised that between every wash you have to empty it and fill it. I thought you’d get atleast 2 washes out of it. With that being said they do a decent job of making it fairly easy to empty and fill the machine. I think the machine needs more nozzles at different locations and angles to provide better cleaning. The sanitizer and drier function are the best part. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad product but definitely not the Cadillac of machines either. It’s simply “ok”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine is easy to use however when looking closely, it doesn't necessarily clean the nipples on the top rack very well.
