Horrible hood for the product cost

Overall this is a good machine but the hood is plastic and has deformed after having it in use for 10 days!

Great purchase for busy household

Works great so far, have only used 5 times. Bottles are very clean and dry when cycle is done. It is a bit louder than expected but I am still able to hear my tv and it doesn't scare my pets.

Bottle washer broke

We are on our second machine. We pre purchased the bottle washer pro before it came out and when our first one arrived it was great...for a month. Then it started leaking everywhere and showing error codes. We reached out to The company via email but didn't hear back until I complained on a Facebook post they made. We were sent a new machine after sending them video evidence that ours was broken. Now our SECOND machine is broken. We follow all of the directions, only use baby nrezza cleaning products, and descale with their brand as well. Kind of ridiculous that such an expensive machine keeps breaking. The instruction manual even says if we get the error codes we're getting that we need to contact them and not return to a store. So they know their product is flawed.
