Great Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plenty of space in this fridge for all your needs. I like the ice options. The ice bites are great for making daiquiris and don't tear up the blender blades like larger cubes sometimes do. Lots of door room for condiments or items that need to be grabbed quickly. Temperatures can be changed in the app if necessary but definitely keep things cool or frozen once you decide your perfect setting. I like the outside stainless. It just takes a quick wipe to remove any spots. This is a great fridge for anyone looking to replace an older model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator goes great with toddlers! We have had it for a few weeks and zero smudges so far since it has a fingerprint resistant surface. It is also nice having the peace of mind that we won't have warm food due to a door being left open since it has a timer alarm. It's also nice being able to quickly freeze meat with the power freeze option. Love it.

Huge fridge, beautiful exterior

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are loving this new Samsung refrigerator. The outside is sleek and shiny, just gorgeous! I really like having the ice and water inside the refrigerator! It is a bit less convenient, but it also means there will be no nasty hard water stains to scrub away from the fridge door and it makes the kitchen look cleaner and much more modern. The capacity of this fridge is impressive and the shelves and door bins are numerous and placed well. It's nice to have so much room in the doors compared to our old fridge. This is our first French door fridge and I LOVE the design. The access you get being able to open both fridge doors on top is life changing! No more games of Tetris trying to fit everything in like we had to with our side by side! The two kinds of ice are nice as the smaller ice bites are easier to fit into narrow necked sports bottles. The ice bites aren't a different kind of ice, not crunchy pellet ice unfortunately, but nice nevertheless. This fridge is BRIGHT! The led lights in this thing are wonderful, no more fumbling around in the dark trying to find things in the back of the fridge! Hubs and I are getting older and our declining eyesight really benefits from all the led lighting. I appreciate the door alarm as well, we don't always get the doors completely closed and this lets us know when it's open. We also get notifications on our phone which is wild! The Samsung app for this fridge is full featured with all sorts of data right at your fingertips. You can turn the ice on and off, see energy use data, keep inventory on the contents of the fridge and even gives meal suggestions based on what you have in the fridge. Genius! Also from the app, you can control the power freeze and power cool functions of this fridge. We haven't had much day to day use of these two features yet but I'm certain we will. We have tried them out though they are impressive. They bring down the temp in the fridge and freezer quite strongly and rapidly! I love how quietly this fridge runs, it barely makes any noise at all which is a nice change from our old side by side. So far we have no complaints and we are really loving this beautiful new Samsung fridge! We have truly enjoyed exploring all its features and can comfortably recommend it based on our experiences thus far.

Poor Product, Horrible Customer Service

Good Morning Oscar!
We spoke last Friday, during which you assured me that I would receive my credit code within 24 hours. Unfortunately, as I had anticipated, I have yet to receive it. I mentioned on Friday that I might have to follow up today due to my growing concerns about Samsung's ability to fulfill their commitments, and it seems my concerns were justified.
Throughout this entire process, Samsung has consistently fallen short of expectations, and as a result, I have been without a refrigerator for nearly three weeks now. This delay has not only been inconvenient but has also prevented me from even beginning the process of ordering a replacement.
Could you please provide me with an update on when I can expect to receive the credit code? Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated as I am eager to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We’ve had this fridge for a few months and it has messed up on more than one occasion. This time it went out and can’t be fixed. Now we have to shop all over again. The size is the only good thing about it.

I've had this fridge for less than a year, to start with the French door flap broke. then the water line that feeds the ice maker shot out of the back, the internal ice maker is frozen, and now the left door is drooping and binding because the hinge is bending and the part of the frame its attached to is twisting. Samsung is not honoring the warranty because of "physical damage" Well obviously there is physical damage the frame is twisting where the door is attached, obviously a manufacturer defect that they refuse to accept.
spend your money elsewhere, I'm having an attorney go over the warranty paperwork now, at this point its a matter of principal, and not about the money.
