Just right for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it seems to run great and is a nice addition to our kitchen. Would prefer water and ice accessible from the outside without having to open doors, but that's just a small inconvenience. 31 cu ft is awesome. Love the fingerprint-resistant exterior look. The LED light inside is bright and I appreciate that it's installed flat so that no valuable storage space is wasted. Shelves are adjustable allowing me to tailer storage to fit my needs.

Worthwhile Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator works great, and fit's perfectly where my 15 year old side-by-side refrigerator would be. It was interesting as the refrigerator popped-up on my phone as soon as it was powered, to allow me to use with Samsung SmartThings, was really a breeze to configure. I was able to configure the Power Freeze and Power Refrigerate Mode, to allow for faster catch-up as I switch from one refrigerator to another another.
While physically this refrigerator is only slightly bigger than my 15 year old side-by-side, the capacity upgrade is huge. I don't lose over 4" at the booth to a filter and coils. I feel like the older may have lost capacity in thicker body and insulation.
My wife loves to bake and make cakes, and this is indeed very helpful compared to the side-by-side refrigerator which will allow for larger cakes to be placed.
The handles are very easy to operate and both my 5 year old and my 7 year old spent ample time demonstrating how they can use just 1 finger to open the refrigerator.
The stainless steel finish is something that we love. It's a large canvas to save family events, photos, calendar and more.

French Door Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This french door refrigerator is very roomy! There is alot of space inside and on the doors. The sliding shelf is a great feature too. There is a nice sized drawer under the vegetable bins to hold plenty of food as well. The interior water dispenser is easily accessible and works very well. At first installation or when changing the filter, it may drip, but that is an easy fix by filling a pitcher to get any air out of the line. The top freezer drawer holds the 2 types of ice and you have the option to turn either one or both off. You can fill the top freezer/ice drawer with plenty of food and there is also a full size freezer drawer below. The alarm will beep if a door is left open. I'm very pleased with this fridge and it adds a quality touch to my kitchen along with the other Samsung appliances I have.

Great Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great fridge. Came packaged extremely well. The lighting in this thing is phenomenal and hits every square inch of space. I'll admit, though annoying, the door alarm is helpful especially when I don't shut the fridge properly. I do enjoy being able to control the fridge from my phone, in case I am not home. It's very spacious. My only complaint is the very small freezer space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Samsung Mega Capacity 4-Door French Door 31 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Dual Auto Ice Maker RF31CG7200SRAA. It has more space than our old 26 cu. ft. refrigerator, which was too small for our needs. Our old refrigerator was also a side-by-side model, which was not very convenient. I enjoy making tall cakes for my loved ones every month, and it was always a hassle to fit them in the old refrigerator, which was not very deep. This new refrigerator is sleek and easy to clean, and it hides the water dispenser and the ice maker very well. We already are in the Samsung platform, with a Samsung Dishwasher along with a washer/ dryer combo. As soon as this Refrigerator was plugged-in, we were able to see a notification asking if we want to add the new refrigerator to SmartThings. While the alternate, scannig a QR code is just as easy, this was pleantly unexpected. Since we were replacing the Refrigerator, we noticed an option to Power Freeze and Quick Chill options on the app, and enabled it right through, to allow for no food to be wasted. Another very helpful thing that we discovered was both SmartThings alertings and audible alerts if the refigerator door is open for too long.

Top of the line refrigerator

I love the alarm that sounds if the door has been left, open a very handy feature with children the smart things app is also great for adjusting temperature, and making sure the doors are shut. The bright LED lights make it so you can see everything inside. I really like how one shelf slides back so you can put something taller. Overall, this fridge has exceeded my expectations.

It's different and I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator came very well packaged, almost to the point where I was getting frustrated trying to take every piece of tape, foam and plastic off of every square inch. I do however appreciate that my fridge came without any damage. It has a nice sleek appearance inside and out and I do enjoy the hidden water features, this will prevent any drips and watermarks on the stainless paneling which is truly fingerprint resistant. There is a learning cove though, when using the water dispenser do not move your cup right away as the water does not stop on release. Not a big deal, this helps from having a puddle of water inside your fridge. The ability to monitor and control the refrigerator from the app is a nice feature and I will see how often I actually use it within time. Yes, the door alarm works . It will go off after 2 minutes, stop and start again if the door is still open. This is particularly good when the door isn't shut all the way and you are unaware. The inside of the refrigerator is very spacious and is well lit. I particularly enjoyed the engraved milk jug as to show you where you can fit a gallon of milk. The only real con so far that may be a deal breaker for some people , is the freezer space. Its very small, like really small. I may need to invest in a sperate freezer if I want to put anything else in there. Otherwise, I would recommend this fridge.
