Fabulous printer. Quick and clear. 3 paper tray handling is great and the 11x17 scan bed is exactly what I was looking for.

Wifi networking and print from iPhone work flawlessly. 11x17 is great. Double sided printing and doc feed scanning work great. It’s big, but super useful and functional.

Not happy with my new Brother printer

It keeps turning idle, scan is long (spooling time), I often have to reset

Generally quite pleased, but ...

Generally pleased but I really miss one feature that I had on my now defunct MFC-6930DW - the ability to choose scan parameters on the LCD screen. Formerly I could choose bw/color, dpi, and the like at the machine - rather than having to set those choices while at my computer. I hope you'll update the firmware to provide more LCD choices. And, I was disappointed that the ink cartridges supplied were only half-full - year's supply only qualified in the very fine print.

Worth the wait!

Waited for over a year for this model to come back into stock. Very happy with the speed and quality of printing. Quick response time. Good menu layout and detail on the display. Like the software. Looking forward to printing 11x17 pages when needed.

Good Value, Software Needs Work

The print quality, print speed and low cost of ownership have all been excellent. The software quality for Mac OS, needs improvement. I use many different job types and the systems does not do a good job programming or applying print job presets.

Great printer. Copy/Scan feeder issues.

Prints great and fast both single sided and double sided. Top scan/copy feeder doesn’t always feed paper. Not sure what the issue is. When it acts up won’t even take the first sheet. I have an older MFC model an top feeder works great.
