Great features!

I had the Fenix 7 Pro for two years now & I love all the features except the brightness which I think in the last year it got darker and I can’t see it on my night runs I’m doing twice a week! My previous Fenix 6 Pro I gave to a friend 5 years ago it’s a lot brighter compared side by side!
I’ve own Garmin since Fenix 3, 3HR, 5,6, Instinct, 955! I do love the brand very much but at the moment I had to get a cheap Amazfit Balance 2 fo a display I can see in the dark & won’t break my bank!

Best watch I’ve ever owned

Switched from Apple to Garmin and I’m never gonna look back. My Fenix 7 Pro Solar is amazing. So many capabilities and the battery life is INSANE! I’ve only tapped into what this watch can do. Looking forward to long runs, bike rides and hiking excursions!

Flaws outweigh the benefits

This is my 3 or 4th version of Fenix 7 pro sapphire solar. The top version altimeter keeps failing. I've been told it's from swimming. Huh. It's a watch you should be able to swim in. Right?
And. (With this "new" refurbished one o was sent). The heart rate is beyond inaccurate.
I give up.

I was told to switch out watches before every swim or hot tub session. Do you know how difficult it's been to remember to do that!!?
I'm doing it. It's getting old. Just hoping this process keep the altimeter working. As I'm training for a trail race that I want to trace vert.

Third one I’ve had replaced via warranty in less than two years. Fairly confident garmin in incapable of making a watch that can last more than two years

Good but not great.

Overall I'm happy with the watch. I found it necessary to print the entire owners manual to really navigate the various functions. Some of the manipulations are not intuitive and therefore makes the usefulness of the watch overly complex. One function, setting a high heart rate warning has stopped working after 8 weeks of use. I'm hoping restarting the watch will reset that function.
