Love This Garmin!

I have had this watch for over a month now and love it. I have Garmin Connect on my Android it works great, pairs quickly with the watch with no issues. I rarely take it off and use it to work on my sleep, physical activity and to keep me from getting lost, lol. I wish I had purchased one sooner.

Great watch, great features, poor software support

I'm mostly satisfied with the watch. It's a great build, as are all Fenix watches. I had to purchase this because my Fenix 6 had a hardware failure. I do regret the purchase a bit knowing now that Garmin shifted a flagship unit to software maintenance mode after only a year and a half on the market. Garmin products are still solid but the company isn't what it used to be.

It keeps resetting and customer service did an upgrade from a prior bad one and I paid for an upgrade - they sent me a recertified rather than a new one. Terrible product and customer service. Note it seemed positive at first then they go for profit.
