I bought this about a month ago and have been loving every second of it. I had a FitBit before and the features on this watch are way more accurate and helpful. It's also given me the boost to keep up with my workouts and monitoring my goals. I have even started a diet since then!

Let me start by saying that I've owned dozens of different smart/sports watches over the years (I have a “thing” for watches). This is the first watch I’ve owned that genuinely checks (almost) all of the boxes. The flashlight was something I loved on the 7X, but it was too big of a watch for my taste. Now that it's on all the models - I'm sold. Heart-rate monitor upgrade has a ton of potential for future enhancements (even though Garmin can’t comment on capabilities yet), the upgraded screen is a big difference from the previous generation MIP screen - the list goes on. There are only a few small things that I feel like would really put this watch on another level - irregular heart rate notifications/ECG functionality (which seem to be possible with the hardware) and a better overall phone notification experience (which seems to be coming, due to the upgrades from the Venus 3 line). One item to note (I know this is a small thing) but I had button consistency issues on multiple watches in the past (with a few models having to be exchanged for not functioning) - for once, every button clicks and feels just like the other (like they should be). It appears the quality checks and balances put in place with newer watches is getting much better! Great job, Garmin!

I love this watch. It’s comfortable and is user friendly! I have only had it a month and still am finding new things. I have used the flashlight a lot! A seemingly silly feature but it’s not! Very handy. I would change the strength feature a tad to make it more at home gym workout friendly. But that is just a preference not a complaint. I make it work. Highly recommend!

I bought this a few weeks ago with the intent of having a really solid sturdy smartwatch that could track some basics to start. I have been blown away by the battery life being so good and the metrics are amazing! It is now turned into a training to run a 5K. So happy with my purchase. I'm glad that I went with the 47 mm fits perfect on my wrist.
