Amazing watch!

This watch is so cool! It's insanely sturdy with the sapphire and titanium materials. I appreciate that since I was really rough on my prior sports watches. The GPS is so accurate, and I love being able to health scores.

I upgraded from a Fenix 6Pro and was pleasantly surprised by all the upgrades to the 7Pro. I love Sleep tracking, the Body Battery feature and all of the impacting components, the health tracking and monitoring, especially the EKG. Love this watch.

Best Running Watch Ever

The accuracy of the GPS is unmatched from any running watch I've ever used. It plots your path with exacting precision which makes the running pace more accurate and consistent. That alone would have made the purchase worth it, but the new training metrics combined with the music connectivity make the purchase a no brainer. Wish I had purchased it sooner.

Great for my needs!

I got this as a gift a month ago. So far it fits my needs perfectly. I wanted a watch that can first and foremost give me the time at a glance, without any gestures. I am a dog behaviorist and work with difficult and aggressive dogs, often outdoors. Timekeeping is important.
Second it needed to be durable enough to have dogs nails dragged across it daily, the occasional nibble, lots of dirt and drool, and handle my personal active life. I fish, hike, boat, paddle, spend a lot of time at the beach and in the water, and do MTB and adventure cycling. Third is a battery life. Can't stand the apple and Samsung 1-2 days of real world use. I just charged for the second time so I'm getting a solid 2 weeks without any solar advantage.
Other things are of course activity tracking, I'm no competitive athlete so perfection is not necessary but it's great having so much usable data.
Sleep tracking, which I didn't do before due to the obsurd battery life on other watches.
GPS tracking and maps is great for when I do extended hikes.
I need basic notifications during work because it's not always easy to take out my phone. I fortunately have and android so I can give quick reply if needed. I've had cellular in the past but never used it.
Other likes are looks, the flashlight is freaking awesome, comfort, straightforward software, and I'm sure there is more.
Can't say I really have any dislikes so far. Great work Garmin. I use Garmin products in my boat also, always happy with them.

Incredible battery life

I wore a Fenix 6 Pro for 2 years before finally upgrading. Even when that was new, 3-4 days was the best I was able to get out of it. This Fenix 7 Pro Solar Saphire is only going through 7-10% battery each day. That includes a workout, GPS activity, and tracking everything from my wrist for all but 10 minutes or so when I'm in the shower. I'm blown away by that. I should get a solid 10+ days on a full charge with normal activity/usage. The touch screen is a great addition and of course, the flashlight is one of my most-used new features. It's fantastic at night and any time you realize you need a flashlight.
My only real complaint is the weather radar capability it's supposed to have seems very spotty. I've gotten it to work once and it took a good 2-3 minutes to load up from my phone. That's not very useful, unfortunately.
I also feel that the new HR sensor is superior as it's saying I'm consistently sleeping better than what the Fenix 6 Pro was always telling me - which aligns better with how I actually feel.
