Hot Wheels Monster Truck- Arena Smashers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 year old played with it on the kitchen table and he was even able to snap several pieces together. Well written instructions and I liked the instructions on where to place the stickers. My son really likes that it shakes and likes the volcano. He likes to try and all the cars out of the stands. I wish the volcano popped up easier on its own

Doesn't hold attention

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very easy to assemble. I gave it to my 6yr old who LOVES monster trucks, but it only held his attention for about 5-10minutes. He kept getting angry because if you pushed on one of the sensor spots it would activate another spot as well. In my opinion it has too many sensor spots in a small space. I don't see him using this toy after tonight. It did not hold his interest because of how sensitive the spots are.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Definitely a must have for a boy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] William loves it. He enjoys the interactions with the smash cars and the pop action of what he calls the volcano. There are many options for placing the smash cars that he enjoys. It has kept his attention for hours which is hard to do. Plus he has the option to play with the monster truck by itself and buy the other kits and connect to this one.

Monster truck fun for all ages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this was a fun toy. Assembling was a little bit of work, but fairly easy. Make sure to lock the volcano in as you are assembling it, or it will come apart during assembly. This is a great toy for toddlers up to school age kids. It comes with one very nice monster truck. There are a lot of places to use your own cars. Then, you can use the monster truck to throw those cars all around the place.
There is one quirk - if you are playing and want the volcano to go back up, the volcano doesn't go back up until you put the stand down, which is somewhat counterintuitive.

My son even helped just by looking at the colored illustrations in the directions booklet. I was really happy to see that there were more parts that connect with this monster truck set. Super cool toy for any kid to use there imagination.

Fun twist with hot wheels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this hot wheels set for my 7 year old sun. He really enjoys playing with it. His favorite part is when it collapses and crashes down. He says he would like it even more if it had a set course for the cars to drive on and smash into each other.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was great, I love that it has the option to add on more sets. My 7 year old loved the monster truck; it was colorful and he was able to use it with other sets he already had. The color and ease of it was awesome!

"Watch Out" for the Car Saw and Hammer as they are just looking for another metal treat. Easy to follow instructions helped us build this quickly which allowed us to connect to our other Hot Wheel Monster Truck tracks. Frightening ground shaking effects as you hit the smash spots and throw the spectators afar... The Carvolcano Crunches to knock down the tower for endless fun and Excitement!!!! Great set!!!!!
