[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was very excited about this toy but it was not as fun aa we thought. I take my son to monster trucks and its so loud and obnoxious i think we was expecting the same thing with the toy. However it makes no sounds. The volcano doesnt always pop up and wasnt as "monsterous" as my son hoped. Lost interest fast.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the colors on the monster set are awesome. Super vibrant which I expect from hot wheels as well. The play time on this set was less engaging than say the garages, or washes we have, but seemed just as sturdy. If your chipd is a monster truck lover this toy is still fun, my guy tends to still prefer the toys with a bit more moving pieces, but would not hesitate to buy it as a gift
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a bad toy but a little imagination needed. The size of this toy is great. It’s extra large and can be added to other sets to make it even bigger. It has a bunch of different interactive spots to use the monster truck on. It came with a couple plastic cars that work well with the crush car section. Would be even better if they include one or two actual matchbox cars so they can be used in the spots made for them. We don’t have many but if we did Thai would be they toy tomuse them all with.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great interactive set for the kids to play with, it has lots to offer. From the rumbling effect of the stadium to the hidden triggers within the you. It feels like you’re truly in a monster truck stadium. Overall very pleased with this product and would order it again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it is a fun toy to have. Although building it was a little bit difficult at least for kids. They got frustrated easily. Maybe also have some things prepared like the stickers prestucked for example. But overall its a fun toy to have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it for my son and he loves it. He has gotten more into monster trucks so this is perfect for him. It comes with one truck but he uses other trucks with it as well. It's a good size for little hands and it brings out the imagination with how your monster truck will do tricks.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my seven year son and my ten year old son were not impressed with the Mattel monster truck arena. The tall grey piece is where you place your cars, and you place the monster truck on the volcano, push a bottom to expand the volcano and the volcano expands and essentially knocks the cars down. The toy took about 15 minutes to assemble, to which both of my sons felt was not worth their time and told me that this toy is “boring”. They did like the monster truck that came with the set.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an interesting set that my son was very excited to play with. It was easy to put together, with easy to follow instructions and clearly labeled parts and stickers. I like that it can be hooked together with the other sets in the collections to make a larger play set. We were a little confused as to the point of the volcano. When the volcano is pushed down, the Hot Wheels tower falls backwards. The whole base of the set moves to help the monster trucks looks more realistic. Overall, it’s a fun little set that my son really enjoyed, without taking up too much space in the floor.
