Incredible Laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop is a massive upgrade from my previous one. It looks beautiful as soon as it comes out of the box, very stylish. The setup was quick and smooth, no problems connecting to my network. Within minutes I was connected and was quite shocked at the speed it has. I didn't realize just how far behind my old setup had gotten. Downloads happen in a fraction of the time which is great for gaming. The large screen provides amazing graphics and the touch screen allows me to create a lot easier without having to zoom in as often or strain my eyes. As someone getting back into graphic design this packs a powerful punch, with enough storage to last a long while. The speakers sound great and the battery life is very impressive considering how much this computer can handle. I haven't found any flaws as of yet and couldn't be happier with this choice.

Quickly Overheats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop functions well, yet has many physical issues. The largest concern is how significantly it starts to heat up from the second you turn it on. The metal casing becomes very hot to the touch, up to the point where it physically burns your fingers. This computer is also very heavy, making it less than convenient for portability. It is difficult to actually open up the lid, as the tab you hook your finger in is extremely small. The screen is a great size and the display is gorgeous, but it does have a glare and reflects a lot. The screen itself doesn’t bend back very far at all, so it restricts viewing. The touchscreen is convenient and responsive without delay. This laptop boots up incredibly fast, and seems to run all programs with ease. It does come with unnecessary programs pre-installed which cause pop up notifications. The overall battery life isn’t very long, and block on the charging cord is huge and heavy. The block on the charging cord also gets very hot when charging. I was impressed with how quickly the laptop does charge though. The sound quality was impressive and I liked the dual speakers. I enjoyed the large size touchpad, that there aren’t buttons, and the whole thing can be clicked. I also like that there’s a key on the keyboard that allows you to shut the webcam for security. The keyboard itself is comfortable for typing and has adjustable backlighting, which I enjoy. It’s likely that this laptop will work for any need you have- from word processing to gaming, but the pros and cons need to be heavily weighed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well from someone who hasn't upgraded in 12 years or more it was time. I got rid of a tower and an older notebook and upgraded to this as my main home pc and on the road notebook, it's lightweight, stylish and my 16" screen is awesome. It's really powerful too as I run a lot of stuff at one time. Setup with Windows 11 was really easy and because I have Microsoft 365 at home and work, I didn't worry about transferring anything from the old computers. I just turned it on and logged into my accounts. Easy! I am loving this notebook and glad I got it as a replacement for two pc's.

Nice sleek design is nice enough to look like business class, all the while under the hood is a nice sports car feel. When it runs games on its own screen it's very smooth. Minimal to no clipping depending on settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me just say that HP definitely did not disappoint with the graphic card on this thing. It is absolutely amazing!! I've been using this as a small gaming laptop as well as using it for school work and even got my circuit hooked up to it as well. Graphics on my games are crystal clear, no glitches. My video calls are the same as well. Battery life and memory are great as well. If your a creator, work from home, or a college student this laptop was definitely made for you. High quality made computer so I can see this lasting me for a long while!
