The battery life has been better than I expected, and I keep finding new reasons to take advantage of the ability to hinge it into a tablet. The keyboard is comfortable and the two front speakers put out more sound than you'd think.

I absolutely love it, great value for the price, great color, feels durable, perfect size, very fast, big fan of the Lenovo proprietary software. The only MINOR things I don’t like - the pencil sits plugged into one of the usbs outside the laptop, would be better if it slid into the laptop itself, and I thought this one had a backlit keyboard and it doesn’t. Those are not big deal issues for me, but it’s not perfect for that reason.

It is built like a tank and can withstand being carried in a backpack with other items and come out unharmed. Its size makes it easy to grab or fit in a small workspace and carry anywhere I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this laptop because my husband had an older Ideapad 3 and it worked very well for years. This laptop meets all my expectations. It powers up quickly, it was easy to change the settings to my liking, and the battery lasts 6 to 8 hours of internet use. The screen is clear and bright, but I can turn it to night light when I don't want the blue light. The keyboard is comfortable to use. My only complaint so far is that the touch screen doesn't always work. I have not taken it apart to use as a tablet so I can't comment on that function. I prefer to use my keyboard anyway. I hope this one lasts for years!
