The pillow is to soft my head sinks to far down and makes my shoulder hurt and you have to fluff the pillow to much

I have had many issues in my life with back pain and specially neck and shoulder problems. I had surgery in 2012 but have more issues still. I have purchased every kind of pillow offering relief (every one of them!). I must have gone through at least 15 pillows in the last decade. Some good, some bad but none ideal. I had trouble falling asleep and woke up with neck pain, always. I bought this one since I had purchased the mattress to give it a try and also because I watched the video of how it was made. Since the very first night I sleep like a baby and I wake up without pain. For me this has been nothing short of a miracle! I thank you for designing a great product. I look forward to going to bed now, something that I have dreaded for years. Thank you.

This is the BEST pillow I have ever slept on…and I have tried so many! My neck no longer hurts and I don’t wake up in the night having to adjust my pillow. I would absolute recommend a Casper pillow to a friend and an enemy too!! I am a happy morning person now!
