I originally gave a negative review because when the pillow first came it felt terrible. However, after the pillow adjusted (went back to normal post shipping) it’s actually very supportive and comfortable. Now I have a Casper mattress and pillow that I’m quite happy with.

I expected the pillow to be like the mattress with foam and support. It is more like a down pillow which is ok, but while I sleep it crushes under my head and I have to keep fluffling it through the night. It is ok, but not what I really was looking for

This pillow really is wonderful. I bought it because I have been circling through pillow after pillow, trying to find "the one". When I received it, I immediately LOVED it. Then, after a couple nights, I wasn't too sure because I thought I needed more support. But THEN I realized I could smoosh it up and make more support for myself and I am in love again. Somehow this pillow is super soft but also super supportive at the same time. I don't really understand, but I'm glad I took the plunge!

I have had my casper pillow for about 2 weeks now and have found that it has become rather flat. I will try re-fluffing nightly and see how I sleep but I am considering sending it back. First week, sleep was amazing and pillow did contour to my neck nicely, although I am not feeling the same way going into week 3.
