Where. I first got my pillow, I washed it which was a mistake!It didn't damage it or anything, but it just took so long to dry I didn't get to use it that night. =When I was able to use it, the pillow was the best one I'd ever bought! I typically toss and turn, flip and fold all my pillows but not with this one. Once I fall asleep, I stay that way. I now sleep like a mummy and it's awesome. I let my wife sample the pillow and now I'll be in the market for a 2nd one.

I bought two pillows and absolutely love them. I loved them both so much that I bought two more. They really are great pillows for back, side or whatever sleeper you are. They are not super firm. They are firm enough that they do the trick yet soft and luxurious.

I wanted to love the pillow. It did reduce my headaches and shoulder pain, but I had to fight with it in order to get comfortable. It was too flat. I think a little more filling would have been better. I returned it. If Casper comes out with a new pillow with more filling and softness at the same time, I will purchase it.

As someone who has closets filled with pillows of all sizes, textures and fillings (feather, down, memory foam and latex to name a few) the Casper pillow is a dream can me true!!
