The Pillow was kind of disappointing. I thought it would be springy and soft, but in reality it's kind of like a bad hotel pillow. It just feels hard when your head compresses it. It feels like a feather stuffed pillow with an extra layer of fabric inside.

I bought the pillow not expecting a lot. I have been going through pillows like Goldilocks trying to find just the right one. I have been averaging 7.5 to 8 hours sleep per night with my new pillow. I now rarely wake up with neck pain. The only thing I would have like is it to be more firm in the middle.
