Pillows are hard to get right! For the past few years I've used a chiropractic water pillow, but you can't flip it, or hug it, or move it around easily. But it was seriously the best for neck aches & back problems. My new Kasper pillow hasn't given me any weird neck or back aches, plus I can move it around & flip it whenever I want to. Very happy customer.

I am probably going to return this pillow. I am a back sleeper and I don't find the pillow has enough volume under my head. I think it's very comfortable on my side. I was using a memory foam pillow that lost most of it's volume after a few nights, but fluffing it again would bring it back to where I liked it.
