I was so looking forward to a soft cool pillow. Unfortunately, its quite lofty and too high for me. It also claims to keep cool through the night Its not great at that. Every time I turn during the night, I turn it to stay cool.

After purchasing an Essential mattress, I realized it was time to replace my pillow too. I eagerly awaited its arrival, since I regularly get neck pain on one side stemming from a car accident a few years ago.At first I was a bit skeptical since Im used to a firm pillow. It only took a few nights for me to adjust to the wonderful middle ground of this amazing noggin nest.It is the perfect balance of fluff and support - how the hell did they manage that?! My neck pain has disappeared and it stays cool all night which is quite a feat in the near tropical where I live. If it starts getting too mushy, no problem, a quick reset and Im good again - I dont even have to wake up to take care of business.Im a fan and look forward to the restful years ahead.

The pillow arrived securely packaged and in a timely manner. This is my third Casper pillow. However, the second pillow I received 2 years ago was not the same loft as the first pillow. It was fuller and did not comfort my neck. However, third pillow I just received is of the same loft as my first pillow. My neck loves Casper pillows. BTW - I own 2 Casper mattresses. This has helped my back and neck pain tremendously. Thank you.
