I LOVE my Casper mattress and expected to love this too, but it fell short. It does not provide as much support as I'm looking for, and after a few days it really felt like any other inexpensive pillow I have. It feels flat and unsupportive, and I don't notice much temperature difference either between other pillows.

I honestly wanted to like the pillow. First two days were great. But sadly, it’s become quite flat/less fluffy in just a week. Wondering if I did some mistake by immediately using it after unpacking. It isn’t like mattress which takes 24-48 hours to fluff up. Overall, quality is pretty good! Five star for packaging and delivery. Got it within two days.
