Just looking at it, as I did when I opened the box, is nothing special. BUT....when I used it the first night, it gave me a great nights sleep. I used to have two down pillows that I would have to punch through the night, because they collapsed and woke me up. This pillow is the only one I use, and it keeps its shape and yet I can position it in different ways, if needed. I definitely would recommend it.

My husband ordered a standard size pillow fromYou some time ago that I borrowed a few times before ordering one. Unfortunately the one I received is not nearly as firm as his and I am so disappointed!

My last pillow was not doing the job because it had become almost flat. I wanted a pillow that was more supportive, but not firm. I have been using the Casper pillow for several weeks. I do notice that my neck pain has gone away, which may or may not be attributable to the pillow. It is comfortable and meets my criteria. The true test will be durability and whether it still provides good support over time.

I like how cool the pillow is and how uniform the soft, but supportive feel is.This will also be very easy to keep clean and is a breeze to plump up. I come from a memory foam pillow and glad to have found something new. New bed is next!

A fantastic pillow that feels not too firm and not too soft. My only complaint is that with the King size, the pillow seems to flatten in the center from your head in turn feeling like two pillows linked in the middle. Fixed by fluffing easily though.

I have tried super-expensive and super-cheap pillows. Custom ones from fancy stores, corporate juggernauts and boutiques. Theyve all been garbage.We already have a great non-Casper mattress (no offense!), but after hearing about the Casper pillow being perfect for side and face-down sleepers, I gave it a shot.My wife stole it from me within a week, so we ordered a second one.Get it. Really. (And its worth the trouble to wash it as instructed)
