I like it but its too smushy and soft for me. I like a medium firmness that doesnt let you head sink into the middle of a fluffy pillow and the cAsper pillow is like a down pillow that your head sinks into. I thought the pillow inside pillow would have more structure inside with a fluffy outer. Its ok but not for firmer pillow lovers.
