The way the pillow is advertised, they make it seem like it's a great pillow for most sleeping positions. The "pillow-inside-pillow" is looks cool in theory, but it's wasted potential. The pillow is waay too soft and isn't at supportive. I'm a combo sleeper and 50-50 out between back and sides. For the back, this pillow is decent. Though it thins out almost completely, it's manageable because the CENTIMETER of height left in the pillow has firmness that's nice. However, the fact that it thins out almost completely with the slightest weight, makes it a TERRIBLE pillow for side sleepers. Your neck is not supported whatsoever. I won't return this pillow because, for my back sleeping style it's decent. I do have to wake up every time I want to switch on my side to pull a second pillow in for support.

Very good for side sleeping, but honestly not great for me when trying to sleep on my back. It’s a bit too firm and tall for me. But I’m still hoping it breaks in a bit. Feels very well made, good quality fabrics, and I really like the two pillow design for washing purposes

I prefer firmer pillows. If this pillow was stuffed with twice as much material I think it would be better. I do like however that you can really "squish" it around. It also stays cool.
